On Saturday, 11:00AM, April 30th, Gethsemane Lutheran Church (GLC), Hackettstown, NJ, will be presenting a two part series of Dramatic Readings of The Gospel of Saint Mark. Part 1 will be held on Saturday, April 30th, at 11:00AM and Part 2 will be held on Saturday, May 7th, at 11:00AM.
In the earliest centuries of the Christian Church, written copies of the gospels were rare. Valuable handwritten gospels circulated among the churches. Believers gathered together to hear the gospel story of the Good News of Jesus Christ, the Son of God as it was read aloud and shared.
GLC will be celebrating their 65th anniversary of the Church’s Congregation sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ throughout Hackettstown and the surrounding areas. Please join us for both Part 1 and Part 2 to experience the entirety of a dynamic Gospel Story. Joel Demnitz will be the featured reader.
